Rome, Florence & Venice by Train

Experience Rome with her ancient and modern attractions, visit Florence for Renaissance treasures, and revel in romantic Venice to discover the unique ambience of its canals.

Spend three nights each in Rome, Florence and Venice! Your vacation includes a choice of centrally located hotels in Rome, Venice, and Florence; services of Local Hosts; and sightseeing with local experts. In Rome visit St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum and Roman Forum. In Florence visit Michelangelo’s David in the Academy of Fine Arts, the cathedral and Signoria Square. In Venice visit St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, Doges’ Palace and watch a glassblower’s demonstration. Also included are city maps of all three cities. Day 1 Board your transatlantic flight.
Day 2 Arrive in ROME, ITALY. The remainder of your day is free to start exploring the Eternal City on your own.

Day 5 ROME-FLORENCE. Travel by train to the splendid capital of Tuscany, known the world over for its Renaissance art treasures.
Day 6 FLORENCE. City sightseeing with a local guide includes headsets for clear commentary. See Michelangelo’s David and other magnificent works of art.
Day 7 FLORENCE. A full day at leisure that you can spend as you wish. Sightsee, browse through the shops, and try the culinary delights of a fine restaurant.
Day 8 FLORENCE-VENICE. Travel by train from Florence to Venice.
Day 9 VENICE. City sightseeing with a local guide includes headsets for clear commentary. You won’t want to miss a single word in this magical city.
Day 10 VENICE. Full day at leisure for you to explore on your own. There’s so much to see and do. Your Local Host will have many suggestions.
